Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Lead is responsible for executing and optimizing all marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads and improve ROI. This role involves:
- Full ownership of lead generation campaigns
- Hands-on execution and analysis of paid advertising
- Close collaboration with Product and Commercial teams
- Driving measurable results across both sides of the marketplace: bookers and venues

Key Responsibilities
The Performance Marketing Lead will handle multiple areas, including:
- Paid Campaign Management: Execute campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Lead-Generation Funnels: Build and optimize funnels for both B2B and B2C bookers as well as venue partners.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Improve organic performance and drive high-intent traffic to key venue and event pages.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously test ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Budget Management: Allocate marketing budgets efficiently with a strong focus on ROI.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Align marketing initiatives with product and commercial priorities.
- Market Monitoring: Keep track of competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Leadership Reporting: Provide performance insights and recommendations directly to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications
