We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist & Admin Coordinator to be the face of our organization and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
Handle calls, emails, and meeting coordination
Support HR & Admin with documentation and office tasks
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and logistics
Requirements
2-4 years experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Well-organized, presentable, and proactive
