We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for a leading industrial company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the industrial sector with strong leadership and strategic HR management capabilities.

*Key Requirements:*
* Minimum 10+ years of HR experience
* Proven experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector
* UAE experience preferred

*Strong knowledge of:
* UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
* Talent acquisition and workforce planning
* Performance management systems
* Employee relations and engagement
* Compensation & benefits administration
* HR policies, procedures, and organizational development
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes
* Manage employee relations and performance management systems
* Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies
* Lead training, development, and succession planning initiatives
* Drive organizational culture and employee engagement programs
