• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the insurance industry
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and regulations related to insurance operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
