Location: Dubai & SharjahSalary: Up to AED 5000Experience: Minimum 2 Years’ experience in IT Support.Hands-on expertise in the following areas:
– IT Level 1 and Level 2 Support
– Windows Server Administration
– Active Directory and Group Policy Management
– DHCP and DNS Configuration
– VMware (Virtualisation)
– Backup Solutions
– Endpoint Security
– Client OS Support (Windows 10/11)
– Server, Laptop, and Desktop Troubleshooting
– Wi-Fi Access Points and Network Printer Troubleshooting
– Basic Networking and Firewall Knowledge
– Office 365 experience is considered a strong advantage
