📍 Location: Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah (United Arab Emirates)

Open Positions:
1️⃣ Cost Control Engineer – Civil (4 Nos)
2️⃣ Cost Control Engineer – MEP (2 Nos)

🕒 Experience: Minimum 5 years
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
📜 Certifications: Cost Control / Cost Engineering (AACE CCP, CCT, or equivalent)
 
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost reports
✔ Conduct cost variance analysis, ensuring alignment with project targets. financial reporting
✔ Support project and procurement teams in cost management/ financial control.
✔ Prepare monthly cost and progress reports.
✔ Ensure adherence to company cost management procedures and project financial policies.
