Green Apple Shipping LLC is looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our growing logistics operations team in Dubai.
If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and have experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping coordination, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
🚢 Coordinate air, ocean, and road shipments (FCL/LCL)
📄 Prepare and manage all shipping documents
📦 Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
📍 Track and monitor shipments end-to-end
✅ Ensure compliance with UAE and international shipping regulations
Qualifications:
✅ 2–3 years experience in shipping/logistics/freight forwarding
✅ Strong knowledge of customs clearance and import/export documentation
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office; logistics software knowledge is a plus
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field (preferred)
