Key Responsibilities:

Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Maintain and update CRM data and lead status.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience in a sales coordination role, ideally within the UAE business setup market.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
