Job Description

Hiring: Relationship Manager – ISO Relationship | UAE – DUBAI

One of our client is seeking an experienced ISO Relationship Manager to grow our Merchant Acquiring business through strong Independent Sales Organization (ISO) partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Manage and grow ISO relationships and assigned portfolios.
·        Drive cross-sell and up-sell of Value-Added Services (VAS).
·        Develop new business and improve existing processes.
·        Prepare MIS and performance reports
Requirements:
·        5–8 years’ experience in Payment Card Industry (Acquiring).
·        Strong knowledge of UAE banking practices and merchant acquiring regulations.
·        Experience with VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP products.
·        Strong communication and negotiation skills.
