Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage end-to-end delivery of Global project orders within agreed KPIs
✔️ Act as Single Point of Contact for NNI establishment (RFS readiness)
✔️ Coordinate with e& teams, partners & stakeholders for seamless service provisioning
✔️ Define project scope, timelines, budget & execution plans
✔️ Track progress, manage risks & resolve delivery issues proactively
✔️ Ensure right-first-time delivery and KPI compliance
✔️ Manage project documentation, reports & legal paperwork
✔️ Use project management methodologies to monitor time, cost & quality
✔️ Escalate issues to management when required
✔️ Drive cross-team collaboration aligned with business rules

What You Need

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in a related field
💼 3+ years of experience in project management / service delivery
📜 CCNA & ITIL certifications (mandatory)
➕ PMP / PRINCE II is a plus
📊 Strong knowledge of project management tools & Microsoft Office
🗣 Excellent client-facing & stakeholder communication skills
🧠 Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
