Job Description

Position : Assistant Manager – Home & Property Maintenance
Location : Dubai, UAE

Experience:
– 5–8 years of experience in Facility Management or maintenance services, preferably within the UAE market.
– Strong background in both sales and technical operations, particularly in Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), handyman services, or Individual Unit Services (IUS).
– Proven ability to manage field teams, including coordination with technicians and service delivery oversight.
– Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and customer service skills.
– Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
