Job Title: #CallCenterAgent (only immediate Joiners can apply)

Salary: AED 3500 per month and an Employment visa

Key Responsibilities:
•  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
•  Provide product/service information and resolve simple issues.
•  Escalate complex problems to higher-level support.
•  Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

•  High school diploma or equivalent.
•  Minimum 1 years of experience in a contact center .
