Hiring For: Electrical Engineer – QA/QC (MEP)
Location: Site-Based – Al Dhafra, Madinah Zayed
ALFIRAS General Contracting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer – QA/QC (MEP) to join our team. This role is site-based in Madinat Zayed and plays a critical part in ensuring quality assurance and quality control of MEP electrical works across ongoing construction projects.
Role Overview:
As an Electrical Engineer – QA/QC, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring all electrical MEP works meet project specifications, standards, and codes
Conducting inspections, site audits, and testing of electrical systems
Reviewing and approving electrical drawings, submittals, and method statements
Preparing QA/QC reports and maintaining proper documentation
Coordinating with contractors, project teams, and clients to resolve quality issues
Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and project-specific requirements
Implementing corrective actions for any non-conformance identified on-site
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP QA/QC in the Gulf region
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and electrical codes
Proven experience in site inspections, testing, and documentation
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Currently based in the UAE
