Location: Abu Dhabi
Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 3-5 years
Language Proficiency: Bilingual
Job Responsibilities:
Greetings and Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact, greeting all visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
Answer questions and provide information and briefs, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed and supported
Manage visitor log-in processes and guide visitors to the appropriate locations or individuals within as needed.
Info Email Management Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the general info email promptly and professionally
Room Booking and Space Management: Manage rooms bookings for meetings, ensuring spaces are scheduled and prepared for upcoming activities.
Customer Experience Support: Gather and log feedback from visitors to improve the customer experience.
Assist with various administrative tasks related to visitor management and customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience Qualifications:
Preferably bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, ideally in a front desk or reception position.
