Job Description

Hiring: ASSISSTANT CHOCOLATIER (2–3 Years Experience)
Location: ABU DHABI
Type: FULL-TIME

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Chocolatier with 2–3 years of professional experience to support daily chocolate production and maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with tempering, molding, enrobing, and finishing chocolates
– Prepare fillings and support production schedules
– Maintain hygiene, food safety, and workspace organization
– Assist with packaging and inventory control.

Requirements:
– 2–3 years experience in chocolate, pastry, or confectionery production
– Diploma/Certificate in Pastry, Culinary Arts, or Chocolate & Confectionery
– Good knowledge of chocolate handling and food safety standards
