I am working as facility management engineer in Orange Egypt Operate and maintain all the building and Data center -HVAC & Cooling Systems (Precision Cooling) Managed and optimized Data Center cooling infrastructure, including Precision Air Conditioning ( CRAC) units. -Fire Fighting & Suppression Systems Supervised the maintenance and testing of Clean Agent fire suppression systems (FM-200). -Earthing & Lightning Protection Ensured proper bonding and earthing of all mechanical skids, piping, and HVAC equipment to the main building earth grid to prevent static discharge and equipment failure. -CCTV & Physical Security Integration Coordinated with security teams to ensure comprehensive CCTV coverage of mechanical yards and critical plant rooms.

HVAC & Cooling Systems (Precision Cooling) Managed and optimized Data Center cooling infrastructure, including Precision Air Conditioning ( CRAH) units. Overseeing Chilled Water Systems, including Chillers, primary/secondary pumps, and cooling towers, maintaining a consistent supply for critical heat loads. Implemented Airflow Management strategies (Cold/Hot Aisle Containment) to eliminate hotspots and significantly improve PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness). -Fire Fighting & Suppression Systems Supervised the maintenance and testing of Clean Agent fire suppression systems (FM-200), CO2 ,Foam fire extinguishers . Monitored Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus systems to ensure rapid response to potential fire incidents before combustion. -Plumbing & Fuel Management Managed critical Fuel Oil Systems for Emergency Standby Generators, ensuring 100% fuel availability and system integrity during power outages. - Maintained specialized drainage and leak detection systems to prevent water damage to critical white space areas. -BMS (Building Management System) Utilized BMS platforms ( Sauter, Siemens) to monitor real-time mechanical KPIs, manage alarms, and automate environmental controls for maximum efficiency. Analyzed historical data and trends from BMS to perform predictive maintenance and reduce operational downtime. -Earthing & Lightning Protection Ensured proper bonding and earthing of all mechanical skids, piping, and HVAC equipment to the main building earth grid to prevent static discharge and equipment failure. -CCTV & Physical Security Integration Coordinated with security teams to ensure comprehensive CCTV coverage of mechanical yards and critical plant rooms, maintaining strict access control and asset protection.
