\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Call Records Maintenance \u2013 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls received, including details of inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Reporting & Surveys \u2013 Prepare monthly reports and conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.
\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Policy & Process Improvement \u2013 Review and enhance customer service policies and processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Interdepartmental Collaboration \u2013 Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery.<\/p>\n
6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Team Supervision & Development \u2013 Supervise, mentor, and develop the customer service team to ensure peak performance and professional growth.
\n7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Daily Operations Oversight \u2013 Manage day-to-day customer support operations across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
\n8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Training for New Hires \u2013 Conduct onboarding and training programs for new team members to ensure alignment with company standards.
\n9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Case Escalation Management \u2013 Oversee escalated cases to ensure swift and effective resolution, maintaining high service quality standards.
\n10.\u00a0Training Material Development \u2013 Create and maintain comprehensive training materials for ongoing staff development.
