\nSafeway Interior Design is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts function. The role focuses on day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting support, and compliance, working closely with the Accounts Manager and project teams.

\n-Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
\n-Record journal entries, ledgers, vouchers, and maintain accurate books of accounts
\n-Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset registers
\n-Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely\u00a0\u00a0payments and collections
\n-Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
\n-Support VAT and statutory compliance, including audit documentation<\/p>\n
-Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify financial data
\n-Maintain MIS reports, project cost summaries, and expense records
\nKey Requirements:
\n-Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
\n-Proven experience in a similar Accountant role (UAE experience Mandatory)
\n-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
\n-Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
\n-High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
\n-Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
