\nJob Position \u2013 Admin cum Operational Coordinator
\nBusiness Setup operations Coordinator
\nSalary: 3500 AED to 4500 AED
\nThe Admin will:
\n-Assist Advisors in preparing proposals, ensuring everything is accurate and approved before submission.
\n-Handle the preparation, approval, and dispatch of service contracts to clients.
\n-Monitor client communications and inform clients if the Advisor is busy in meetings or unavailable.
\nAdditionally, since this is a startup, we want the Admin to handle operational responsibilities as well, rather than dividing them between multiple people.
\nFor ex-
\n-Prepare Free Zone applications using the relevant portals.<\/p>\n
-Handle internal paperwork and other operational tasks, allowing Advisors to focus on sales, client meetings, and calls.
\nIn short, this Admin will be a supporting hand to the Advisors while also managing operational and administrative tasks efficiently
