variance analysis<br \/>\n\u2013 Manage revenue accounting (memberships, PT packages, court rentals, events)<br \/>\n\u2013 Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations &amp; petty cash<br \/>\n\u2013 Ensure VAT compliance (returns, audits, documentation)<br \/>\n\u2013 Coordinate with auditors for internal &amp; external audits<br \/>\n\u2013 Payroll accounting, accruals &amp; provisions<br \/>\n\u2013 Ensure compliance with UAE accounting &amp; tax regulations<br \/>\n\u2013 Support budgeting &amp; forecasting for multiple branches (if applicable)<br \/>\nMandatory Requirements<br \/>\n\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting \/ Finance<br \/>\n\u2013 6\u20137 years UAE experience, preferably in sports \/ fitness \/ hospitality<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong knowledge of VAT in UAE<br \/>\n\u2013 Hands-on experience with accounting software<br \/>\n(Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Odoo \u2013 any)<br \/>\n\u2013 Advanced Excel skills<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to work independently &amp; meet deadlines<br \/>\nPreferred<br \/>\n\u2013 Experience handling multiple revenue streams<br \/>\n\u2013 Experience in club membership systems<br \/>\n\u2013 CMA \/ ACCA (partially or fully qualified) \u2013 added advantage<br \/>\n\u2013 Immediate or short notice period<br \/>\nKey Competencies<br \/>\n\u2013 Attention to detail<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong analytical &amp;
