\nJob Position \u2013 Head of Retail Sales

\nLocation \u2013 Dubai \u2013 Head Office, with frequent travel to branches across the UAE
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITY
\n\u2013 Lead, manage, and support the nationwide branch network to achieve business targets, branch profitability, and sustainable revenue growth.
\n\u2013 Monitor branch performance and KPIs, analyse business trends, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
\n\u2013 Oversee branch operational matters to ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
\n\u2013 Mentor and guide Branch Managers and frontline teams to uphold high service standards and ensure strong customer relationship management.
\n\u2013 Develop and implement sales strategies, along with new products and services, to expand the customer base and drive transaction volumes.
\n\u2013 Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives that strengthen market competitiveness.
\n\u2013 Evaluate and recommend high-potential locations for new branches, relocations, or upgrades to optimise network coverage.
\n\u2013 Design and execute national sales campaigns, promotional offers, and partnership programs with external vendors and service providers.
\n\u2013 Collaborate with core functional teams\u2014including Compliance, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance\u2014to ensure seamless and efficient branch operations.
\n\u2013 Prepare and present detailed business performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas requiring improvement.
\nRequired Qualification
\n\u2013 Minimum 8\u201312 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably within an Exchange House, Banking, or financial services sector.
\n\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage).
\n\u2013 Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-branch operations and consistently achieving or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
\n\u2013 Excellent people-management and motivational abilities, with proven experience leading large, multi-cultural teams.
\n\u2013 Solid understanding of UAE market dynamics, the remittance business, and foreign exchange operations.
\n\u2013 Data-driven decision-maker with strong proficiency in dashboards, KPIs, performance analytics, and competitor analysis.
\n\u2013 Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive teams to achieve business goals with strong execution discipline.
