\nRequirements to join WPS team at the Dubai Head Office:
\n\u2013 2 \u2013 3 Years of Experience in the Exchange House sector
\n\u2013 Finance Graduate or Diploma
\n\u2013 Excellent MS Office skills- especially Excel & Word
\n\u2013 Strong analytical skills

\nProcess customer onboarding according to procedures and accurately capture details in the core system.
\nFile and retain documents for customers onboarded at Central Operations.
\nTimely process cardholder files, salary files, and other relevant tasks, ensuring accuracy according to customer instructions without errors, data mismatches, or duplication.
\nMaintain records relevant to WPS processing in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers interacting with the department.
\nEnsure the company adheres to all Wage Protection System (WPS) regulations as mandated by the Central Bank of the UAE.
\nAssist in preparing reports necessary for monitoring daily tasks and activities of the department.
\nEscalate issues and areas of risk to the Department Head and management team members as necessary.
\nValidate the authentication of ancillary service requests (e.g., replacements, Statements of Account (SOA), dispute claims, PIN resets) received from branches, sales teams, and relationship officers regarding card services.
\nAccurately and promptly complete assigned processes related to WPS.
\nAll other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
