\nPromote and lease residential villas and commercial shops to prospective tenants.
\nConduct property tours and highlight key features to clients.
\nBuild and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
\nNegotiate lease terms and close rental agreements.
\nMaintain up-to-date listings and market knowledge of available properties.
\nCollaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
\nEnsure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills
\nProven experience in real estate sales or leasing, especially in villas and retail spaces.
\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.
\nFamiliarity with CRM systems and property management tools.
\nUAE real estate license (preferred).
\nFluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
\nValid UAE driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
