{"id":30662,"date":"2025-10-13T09:38:10","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T05:38:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/soaqjobs.com\/job\/sales-operations-manager\/"},"modified":"2025-10-13T10:08:43","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T06:08:43","slug":"sales-operations-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/soaqjobs.com\/ar\/job\/sales-operations-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Sales Operations Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Summary<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The role is the focal point\/representative of the Business Unit for generation of various reports and customer lists, in the absence of VP Sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The job holder is responsible for activities in support of the regional sales\/contract\/marketing team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The role is coordination between the Sales Directors for all files that involve customer interface (Events, Briefing, global mailing lists, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main accountabilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sales Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actively support sales campaigns and be the interface with other departments involved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support VP Sales, engine manufacturers when necessary, on the status of the activity within the Business Unit as and when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commercial Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be the alternative contact person for all airlines in the region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide marketing\/commercial support to VP Sales and all business unit members (draft commercial letters, follow-up of internal and external mail in their absence (check actions\/answers as appropriate).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent the Business Unit at meetings (e.g. engine manufacturers, leasing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the follow-up of aircraft deliveries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activities of General Interest<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare presentations (e.g. commercial symposium, leasing companies, and engine manufacturer) and make presentations, when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop general knowledge of the region (work with the Marketing Division to develop airline briefings, market focus document).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in specific projects of general interest (budget, P.R. events, advertising, and demo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the sales process through commercial support to VP\/Salesmen\/Contracts Directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide timely and reliable commercial information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and attend VIP customer visits to Toulouse, when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare internal reporting and contribute to general sales reporting to the management (e.g. monthly sales report, specific information on the commercial activities \u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximize efficiency of the Business Unit, by closely following up Sales KPIs for the VP of Sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely update of VP Sales Management Dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Jobholder must have the following behavioural, professional skills and experiences<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fluency in English (written &amp;
