In this role, you will support the Entertainment Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of entertainment activities and events for our guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in developing and implementing innovative entertainment programs and activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with performers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of entertainment staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help manage budgets and financial aspects of entertainment operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE entertainment regulations and cultural sensitivities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with marketing teams to promote entertainment offerings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address guest inquiries and feedback related to entertainment services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in maintaining and updating entertainment equipment and facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of entertainment programs through data analysis and guest feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the Entertainment Manager in administrative tasks and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Hospitality Management, Entertainment Management, or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-5 years of experience in entertainment management or a related field, preferably in a luxury hospitality or resort setting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong event planning and coordination skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to lead and supervise teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in budgeting and financial management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office and event management software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of UAE entertainment regulations and cultural sensitivities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Event planning certification is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"author":925,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[693],"job_listing_location":[140],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-30660","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-project-management","job_listing_location-dubai"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.10 - aioseo.com -->\n\t<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Company Description Assistant Entertainment Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Entertainment Manager to join our Rixos The Palm team.
