The role involves diagnosing and surgically treating congenital and acquired heart conditions in pediatric patients, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform complex cardiac surgeries on infants and children, including congenital defect repairs and valve procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct thorough pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-ups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with pediatric cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to develop individualized treatment plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead ward rounds and multidisciplinary case discussions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor junior medical staff and contribute to clinical education initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in clinical research and continuous medical education (CME) activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote a culture of safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp;
