Overview of the role<\/strong>
\nWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising customers on the parts needed for their vehicles, managing orders, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/strong>
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Advise customers on parts needed for their vehicles, provide price quotes, and assist with parts selection
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of parts
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Maintain inventory levels, organize parts, and assist with receiving and stocking new parts
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Understand automotive parts and systems to accurately identify and recommend parts
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and suppliers
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Provide excellent customer service, potentially upsell parts and accessories, and ensure customer satisfactio<\/p>\n

Required skills to be successful<\/strong>
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Cost clerk job experience is a must
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Excellent communication and customer service skill<\/p>\n
