Authorities :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defining Policies &amp; Strategies for Quality &amp; HSE Management that are reported to the Top Management<\/li>\n<li>Defining competencies for Quality &amp; HSE Department team members<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the performance of all aspects pertaining to Quality&amp; HSE in Corporate Office and at site<\/li>\n<li>Deciding on Quality &amp; HSE staff recruitment based on required competencies<\/li>\n<li>Promoting the competency development of personnel in the scope of Quality &amp; HSE<\/li>\n<li>Approving procedures for the company manually &amp; IT ERP<\/li>\n<li>Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety;<\/li>\n<li>Designing and implementing all activities pertaining to Quality<\/li>\n<li>Recommending to Top Management the resources budgets (assets including people) for the Department<\/li>\n<li>Training Quality &amp; HSE personnel in process areas including internal auditors (including HSE)<\/li>\n<li>Approving all documents and records pertaining to Quality as well as the outputs of Quality &amp;HSE Team<\/li>\n<li>Implementing all applicable standards<\/li>\n<li>Deciding on Non-conformities in the CAR<\/li>\n<li>Format &amp; approval the effectiveness of the actions taken against the non-conformities<\/li>\n<li>Identifying new concepts in Quality &amp;HSE &amp; implementing the suitable ones<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating performance of the Process, Product &amp; Quality &amp; HSE Team members<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the performance of internal auditors<\/li>\n<li>Qualifying the Internal Auditors of Systems of the company<\/li>\n<li>Conducting all types of Quality &amp;HSE audits within the Company<\/li>\n<li>Approving all Quality &amp; HSE Plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills\/Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial position, and worked in medium-size multi-national organization.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in QM &amp;
