Main Objective:
\nTo perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the flydubai fleet, ensuring full compliance with company and aviation safety standards at all times.<\/p>\n

\nCarry out maintenance activities in line with flydubai and aviation regulatory standards.<\/p>\n
Use tools such as the Resource Management System (RMS) and AMOS for planning, execution, and documentation of daily tasks.<\/p>\n
Certify maintenance tasks strictly within the scope of company-issued approvals.<\/p>\n
Adhere to up-to-date manuals and documentation when performing maintenance.<\/p>\n
Accurately complete all work packages and log relevant data in AMOS, including any damage reports.<\/p>\n
Support AOG recovery efforts and down-route maintenance as required.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot aircraft defects and deferred defects (ADDs), order necessary spares\/tools, and update AMOS records accordingly.<\/p>\n
Assist with voluntary or rostered overtime (up to 50 hours\/month).<\/p>\n
Support the Senior Certifying Engineer and respond promptly to tasks assigned via RMS.<\/p>\n
Keep all company devices (e.g., iPads) updated with required applications and procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain valid licenses and authorizations, ensuring timely renewal.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with Maintrol, Senior Engineers, and other stakeholders to prevent operational delays.<\/p>\n
Participate in required training and maintain compliance with CAR 145 standards.<\/p>\n

\nBachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (minimum 3 years).<\/p>\n
Fluent in English.<\/p>\n
5\u20137 years of hands-on experience in Boeing 737NG and\/or 737 MAX maintenance (Line\/Base Maintenance).<\/p>\n
Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRO systems.<\/p>\n
Holds a valid CAR 66 B1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer\u2019s License (or FAA\/ICAO equivalent) with Boeing 737NG\/MAX type ratings.<\/p>\n
