Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsible for capturing high-quality, compelling images and videos that align with the brand identity.&nbsp;Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute photo shoots, ensuring that the final product meets the standards of excellence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design of a wide range of marketing collateral \u2013 including but not limited to \u2013 brochures and catalogues, in-store POS, digital campaign assets, OOH assets, environmental branding and multimedia assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create multiple concepts for marketing campaigns whilst demonstrating profound design expertise and trend awareness to guarantee suitable graphic application and implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide colour correction, image enhancement and as necessary, image creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in and undertake creative photographic work as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for ensuring a modern, aesthetic and clean look and feel in all design elements affecting the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with print vendors for optimum output and attend pre-press meetings to ensure high quality and adherence to Bateel\u2019s brand standards as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Marketing Executive team other with digital photography and videography equipment and editing software<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Excellent eye for composition, lightning, and detail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Work experience in both photography and videography<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Food photography and videography experience (Preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualification and Licenses requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Graphic Design or similar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Must be highly proficient with current versions of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, MS office suit and familiar with a wide range of other design, web and multimedia software and applications<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Due to
