EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduate with a Ph.D. from a reputable university<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outstanding teaching record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outstanding research and publications record in top journals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adequate experience in supervising student projects and thesis papers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record of collaborative and interdisciplinary research would be an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent record in community service and scholarly activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and deliver courses to students in specified discipline areas of study<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate and monitor individual student progress and provide feedback to sustain student success<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research, organize and manage instructional resources, courses outlines, and community networks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct high quality research in his\/her own field and publish research outcomes in reputable journals and conferences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide consultative expertise as a subject matter expert to the local industry through pre-approved partnership projects by the University<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment in all college focused activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish and maintain effective work relationships across the organization and community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivate and inspire confidence in others (students and colleagues) to overcome limitations to personal growth and success<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively seek out methods, procedures and resources to best achieve course and lesson objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support and participate in accreditation initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain relationships with students that are conducive to learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE &amp;
