Position: Sr.Purchase Officer
\nLocation: Abu Dhabi

REQUIREMENTS:
\n*Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n*Must have 5-7 years construction\/fit out experience in GCC
\n*Driving License is an added advantage.
\n*Candidates must be available in UAE<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
*Identify the materials, goods, and services required for construction projects based on the project specifications and budget.
\n*Identify potential suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate prices and terms of purchase.
\n*Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
\n*Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and to ensure that they meet quality standards.
\n*Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and meet project requirements.
\n*Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and payments.
\n*Manage and control inventory levels, and ensure that inventory is used efficiently and cost-effectively.
\n*Keep up-to-date with market trends, new products, and new suppliers.
