\nGreet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
\nAnswer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
\nManage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
\nHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
\nAssist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
\nMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
\nProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone\/email.
\nPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.<\/p>\n

\nBasic receptionist experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
\nPositive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.<\/p>\n
