Role Definition<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

As the Project Manager Lead, you will oversee the management, delivery, and profitability of assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include event execution, content, programming, resource management, and commercial performance. You will ensure all internal and external KPIs are met, leading project teams on smaller projects and managing specific elements on larger ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope of Work<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from initial pitch to delivery and post-event wrap-up. This includes stakeholder management, efficient communication, project planning, and budget maintenance. You’ll identify and manage revenue streams, integrate sponsorship and marketing opportunities, and ensure accurate final reconciliations and reports. This role reports to the Project Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from pitch to post-event evaluation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including teams, partners, suppliers, clients, licensing authorities, and venues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop, update, and share comprehensive project plans and status reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Implement and manage workflows for seamless project delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enhance participant experience through key touchpoints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maximize ROI through sponsorship and marketing integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate cost and revenue tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including a project master book.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure thorough project closure with final budget reconciliations, post-event reports, and debriefs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Strong project management skills with a proven track record in medium\/large-scale events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Commercial acumen with budget and revenue management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with marketing, sponsorship, and event production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Required Experience and Background<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • 5+ years of event management experience in medium to large-scale events (festivals, sports, cultural events).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience working in the Middle East.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Understanding of fashion, retail, food & beverage, and trends relevant to Generation Z.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proven ability to lead project teams across departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Valid driving license.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
