Urgent Hiring: Insurance Coordinator (Healthcare)
Looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team immediately.
المهام الأساسية:
1. Handle insurance approvals and pre-authorizations
2. Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage
3. Prepare and manage insurance claim submissions and resubmissions
4. Follow up with insurance companies for approvals and claim status
5. Perform reconciliation of claims, payments, and outstanding balances
6. Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing
7. Coordinate with internal departments and insurance providers
المتطلبات:
1. Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting (preferred)
2. Good knowledge of insurance processes, billing, submissions, and resubmissions
3. Experience in claims reconciliation and handling rejections
4. Strong communication and coordination skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Familiarity with UAE insurance systems is an advantage
