Job Position – Senior Civil Estimation Engineer
Company Name – Al-Ghanim International
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Al-Ghanim International is looking for Senior Civil Estimation Engineers for a lead position within our Estimation Department based in Sharjah.
المهام الأساسية:
-Lead and manage the estimation process for civil and building projects.
-Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
-Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analyses.
-Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications.
-Collaborate with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure comprehensive and competitive bids.
-Guide junior estimators and oversee tender submissions and clarifications.
المتطلبات:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
-15–20 years of experience in civil estimation, preferably in leading roles.
-Strong background in building and core building projects (highly preferred).
-Excellent knowledge of tendering procedures and cost estimation practices.
-Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
