💡Experience – Minimum 1-2 years of experience from Banking in Contact Center/ Call Center

·       Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to all incoming calls with the highest level of quality and productivity.
·       Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities while addressing customer inquiries, strengthening relationships, and increasing sales through cross-selling and lead generation.
·       Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
·       Ensure timely follow-up on all customer interactions, fulfilling any requests and resolving issues as promised.
·       Address customer complaints professionally and work towards efficient problem resolution.
·       Maintain and update customer data and information regularly to ensure accuracy.
·       Provide management with consistent and actionable customer feedback.
·       Adhere to bank policies and security protocols by verifying customer identities before sharing sensitive information.
