Human Resources Manager (Luxury Fashion)
They are recruiting for an international luxury brand seeking the ideal candidate who possess extensive experience across all facets of HR operations. This role is managing the #1 market and a highly pressured and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities encompass employee Relations, compensation management, recruitment and retention strategies, and training/development initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the role involves developing and facilitating training sessions to foster staff growth and administering recognition programs.
This role is a key member of the HR team and is responsible for shaping company culture and ensuring the ongoing success of retail teams.
