المهام الوظيفية:
·       Be responsible for the human resources planning / plan of the business sector (Sales, Functions)
·       Be responsible for the human resources base work of the business sector (Sales and Functions)
·       Assist in the implementation of human resources policies, systems and key projects in the business sector
·       Be responsible for the organization optimization, organize the review and revision work of the organization, R&R and job description
·       Be responsible for regular talent inventory, lead to carry out vacancy position management, key positions succession plans, management promotion / transfer and other staff development related work
·       Assist in the HR related work such as recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance, etc.

Job Requirements:
·       Degree (Bachelor level) in Economics and management or related
·       Proficiency in both written and spoken English communication
·       Candidates fluent in Chinese/Mandarin dialect are preferred.
