Woodlem Education is looking for HR Officers who can join us immediately.

المتطلبات:
✅ Prior school experience is mandatory
✅ Hands-on experience in the following areas:

Staff recruitment & onboarding
Visa & labour card coordination
KHDA documentation
Staff attendance management & payroll generation
HRMS / ERP data management
Employee relations & grievance handling
Performance appraisal support
Leave & benefits administration
Training coordination & staff well-being initiatives
Drafting HR policies, letters, and employee communications
Exit formalities & final settlement processing
Compliance with UAE labour law & school regulatory requirements
