-Manage operation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
– Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-Coordinate fit-out projects, including design review, contractor management, and quality assurance.
-Plan and optimize office space utilization.
-Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and contractors for facility services.
-Prepare cost estimates, technical evaluation, and monitor budgets for maintenance and projects.
-Engage with internal clients to understand requirements and propose service enhancement ideas.

– Conduct regular feedback sessions and implement improvements for better user experience.
-Monitor energy consumption and support sustainability initiatives.
– Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and respond to facility-related incidents.
