We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
· Candidates should hold a Civil Engineering Degree with a minimum of 7 years of UAE experience, working with a main contractor on high rise buildings, in both pre and post-contract stages.
· Experience in reviewing contract documents, taking off quantities, preparing BOQs, preparing interim valuations, negotiating and following up on payments, preparing variations and claims, valuing subcontractor invoices, and coordinating with site teams.
