Job Title: Sales Professional – Real Estate Leasing (Villas & Shops)

المهام الأساسية
Promote and lease residential villas and commercial shops to prospective tenants.
Conduct property tours and highlight key features to clients.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
Negotiate lease terms and close rental agreements.
Maintain up-to-date listings and market knowledge of available properties.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, especially in villas and retail spaces.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and property management tools.
UAE real estate license (preferred).
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Valid UAE driver’s license.
