💼 We’re Hiring – QA/QC Manager
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi
🕒 Work Type: Full-time
💰 Salary : 22-24K +FAT @ Site
🎯Experience Level: 15+ years in QA/QC (Oil & Gas / EPC / Pipeline Projects)
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
🔸Lead the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
🔸Prepare, control, and supervise QA manuals, revisions, and quality documentation.
🔸Monitor all project-related quality activities and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
🔸Conduct internal and external audits; oversee corrective and preventive actions.
🔸Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors on all quality matters.
🔸Review qualifications and training needs of inspection personnel.
🔸Manage project KPI reporting, non-conformance reports, and customer complaints.
🔸Ensure site quality inspections, NDT coordination, and compliance with approved QC plans.
🔸Lead QA/QC site meetings and collaborate with the project and construction teams.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Engineering Degree / Diploma (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 12+ years in QA/QC management (Oil & Gas / Pipeline / Piping)
• Certifications: CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent Welding Inspector certification
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ASME, API 1104, AWS D1.1, and related codes.
• Experience with GRE pipelines is an added advantage.
