We’re Hiring: HR Director – Abu Dhabi
Our client, a leading organization near Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead their team and drive strategic HR initiatives.
المهام الأساسية:
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Enhance employee engagement and implement performance management systems.
Develop HR policies ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and learning & development programs.
المتطلبات:
8+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in hospitality or tourism.
Proven success in building high-performing teams and driving employee engagement.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of UAE labor law is highly preferred.
Important:
This role is based in Abu Dhabi, and candidates must have the relevant HR experience within the hospitality or tourism sector. Applications from those outside the location or industry will not be considered.
