We’re Hiring: Infrastructure Transition Manager – Dubai

المهام الأساسية

– Lead E2E IT Infra transition programs (DC, Cloud, NW, EUC, Security).
– Develop & execute transition plans and ensure smooth handover.
– Define governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
– Collaborate with SMEs and delivery teams for successful service onboarding.
– Drive knowledge transfer, documentation, and ITIL process integration.
– Ensure SLAs, contractual obligations, and compliance are met.
– Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
– Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
– Support pre-sales, bids, and customer presentations.
– Continuously improve transition methodologies and templates.
