About the Company

ASPECT Studios is a purpose-driven, design-led landscape architecture and urban design practice. We operate across Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and the UK, believing in the power of design to positively change people’s lives, the environment, and the planet. In 2022 and 2023, we launched our studios in Dubai and London. Alongside our studios in Ho Chi Minh City and Shanghai and our collaborators in Australia, ASPECT’s project pipeline in the Northern Hemisphere is more exciting than ever.

The Role

To leverage exciting opportunities across the UK, MENA, and Southeast Asian regions, we are seeking a Bids Coordinator to join our Dubai studio. In this role, you will lead the preparation and submission of compelling bids and proposals, securing projects that align with our vision of transformative, sustainable design.

We are looking for a creative and driven individual who can:

• Manage the bid process from end-to-end, including identifying opportunities, production, design, submission, and post-tender negotiation.
• Craft persuasive and technically sound proposals that showcase our innovative solutions.
• Develop winning strategies and value propositions tailored to diverse client requirements and project scopes.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners to understand their markets, anticipate their needs, and leverage business opportunities.
• Ensure quality in submissions that reflect our commitment to excellence in design and innovation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with our global teams to meet deadlines, utilizing their skills and expertise.

المتطلبات

To maximize overlap with international collaborators, you will work from our Dubai studio. As part of a global team working across different time zones, you may be required to work outside core hours. Flexibility or compensatory time off will be provided.

• Advanced skills in InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in bids and submissions within landscape architecture, urban design, or architecture (construction or engineering experience is also highly regarded).
• Exposure to international markets, preferably in the UK, Europe, and MENA region.
• Demonstrated project management skills in project-based organizations.
