Position: Operations – Officer
Salary : 5000 – 5500 AED
Location : Dubai
Experience : Minimum 1 year of Banking Operations experience in UAE

– Your responsibilities will encompass processing various transactions, accurately entering data into systems, and managing essential documents.
– You will handle customer support queries, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues professionally and to ensure any application received from sales should be error-free & up to the required quality.
– Compliance will be a top priority, as you will ensure that all transactions and activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations
– Monitoring for suspicious activities and conducting quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance will be part of your routine.
