UAE/ Dubai Municipality License
Shall manage the project/s from the initiation/design stage, construction until the handover.

Qualification: Bachelor of Civil Engineering.

Experience: 10 or above years in DUBAI is MUST
G+4, +10, G+ 12, Unlimited Building contracting with Dubai Municipality approval. Preferable to be Nakeel and Trakhees Licenced.
Must be experienced in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project to prepare planning and scheduling of the projects

Salary: per experience (12000-15000) AED

Vacancy City: Dubai

Candidate must be available in UAE with UAE / Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi experience
Driving license is a must

workdays: 5 working days from sunday till Friday ( half day)
work hours: 8 working hours
